Admittedly, the roof problem at the [redacted] residence has been ongoing. We have made several attempts to solve the roof leakage problem...

which have been unsuccessful. We are, however,committed to resolving this issue.
Two of our project managers met with Mr. [redacted] on February 16, 2016, to review the problems they are experiencing. We have now hired a different roofer to implement additional repairs. Weather permitting, he will be out the week of February 22nd to review the situation with repairs being made either that week or the week after, Mr. Gackie has been made aware of these dates.
After the additional roof repairs are made, we will allow some time to be sure that the repairs made in February have solved the leakage problem. Once we are sure that problem has been resolved, we will continue to work with the [redacted]s to repair any supplemental damage to the insulation, sheetrock, etc.

Providing the repair is completed & interior damages completed without expense to the homeowner, before the end of March 2016. If the roof leaks after the repair that Simonson's will make additional repairs at the expense of Simonson's for one additional year of labor warranty from original contract. Labor warranty to extend to February 15, 2018.
