Review: on 5-15-13 don simon of simon's appliance service came to our house to fix our refrigerator. he installed a new defrost thermostat and a new defrost control board. the cost was $325.00. the refrigerator was still not operating properly. we called him on wed 6-12. he said he would come back on thur 6-13 @ 9:30 am. he did not show. so we called both his business numbers 3 times and left a message and did not call back. on fri 6-14 we called approximately 6 times with no call back. on sat 6-15 we called several times and no call back. mon 6-17 we called him and no return call to us. we called the Revdex.com for advice and to file a complaintfor bad service and has not returned to fix the problem with our refrigerator. we have been without refrigerated food and inconvenienced due to don simon's incompetant service. we request our money be refunded because of bad service & not returning calls or return to fix the problem. he wrote on our receipt 90 days parts and labor.Desired Settlement: complete refund of $325.00.
