I am writing in response to the above claim numberI apologize for any unprofessional tone our Manager had taken with this consumer.Looking over the complaint the customer states they purchased a car washThis is an Exterior car washThe customer remains in the vehicle throughout the
processAt the end of the car wash tunnel the customer is guided by our employees where to park their vehicle so it can be hand dried by the employees.It appears by the complaint the customer had either gotten out of their car or rolled down the window and asked for a towelIn either case it is something we no longer doThe service purchased included our employees drying the car off with the towel.For the safety of our customers and employees we do not allow our customers to stand outside their vehicle while there are other customers driving off the tunnel, as well as our employees who are also driving Full Service Vehicles and cleaning cars in that same area.Unfortunately there is not enough room and it is a safety measure we will not be changing.Again, I am sorry the customer felt they were spoken to inappropriatelyI assure you this will be addressed.Best regards, WASH DEPOT HOLDINGS, INC*** *** Customer Service Manager

Unfortunately this consumer stated he had retained a lawyer. We are unable to comment on this as it has become a legal matter
