I personally spoke to the insured's wife [redacted] in mid-November as she had called to cancel her auto insurance policyI informed her that we would either need proof of coverage from her new company or the receipt from NYS DMV of the surrender of license plates as this is the company guidelines in order to cancel auto insurance in NY StateAt first, she refused to send anything and then said her new company would send in the paperworkWe finally received the paperwork weeks later on December **, and this date is documented on the paperwork we received from her new carrierHer coverage was cancelled and backdated to the effective date of her new coverage dated December **, I am very confused as to what [redacted] 's complaint isIn fact, during the same phone call in November, she informed me of a cracked windshield on her car from April that she never filed for because she thought the damage was below her deductibleI told her that she has Full-Glass-Coverage and I could get her reimbursed if she had a receipt for meShe faxed me the receipt and I was able to reimburse her $300+ from a claim months earlierI find it interesting that this information gets left out of her complaintEven though I am about to lose a client, I go above and beyond and get her reimbursedI am not aware of many companies nor agencies that would have taken the time to do thisThank you for your time and please contact me with any further questions-Andrew M***, President
