Review: Recently 150 vendors were mislead to do a show that was misrepresented and also had issues with no heat, no traffic flow and some of the services they claim to offer was not honored. There were opportunities for theft do to the building where they conducted the craft vendor show's not having securely locked doors. I was a vendor at the show that had a table fall in that was provided for me. I lost many glass beads do to this collapse. There was NO heat on the first day of the show, minimal heat on the second day of the show. I had to purchase heating elements to stay warm for the entire weekend. The show was misrepresented. Many vendors are filing complaints, writing letters and some even left . WE all purchased our space for $300 or more dollars. We were lucky to of made our space back do to lack of business that was promised. I feel and many others feel that there was a purposely planned misrepresentation of the show. I was contacted by the building manager in addition to all of the above. He was rude, argumentative and out of line. He was the owner of the building Simon events rented. Customers also complained of the no heat in the building issue.Desired Settlement: I believe that 50% of the $$ spent on the space should be refunded. I have a bill and can furnish a receipt of purchase of items I had to purchase do to no heat in a vendor show that was suppose to be so professionally run.
