I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I just received my title for my 2008 chevy impala and It states that there are no lein holders on it. so by law I own this car free and clear. also I am still receiving paperwork for the 2010 chevy cobalt and I was informed today that that car went to the auction. I called simmons Rockwell and they told me that they can change the title so it says that there is a lein on it. and since I received a clean title for the 2008 chevy impala I should not have to make anymore payments on it. so I would like you to help me with this because I was not having any problems until now with them. thank you.
I would like to get this settled without going to court and I want that 2008 chevy impala without anymore payments.

We located a 14 Toyota Prius hybrid at another one of our locations. At this time we asked [redacted] Hall...

if she would like us to get her preapproved. [redacted] filled out the credit application and our privacy notice(both attached). We have 15 different banks that buy our customers. At this time we run her credit once to determine which banks would best fit her needs. The first approval that did come back @ 16% interest and the bank would need Larissia  proof of income (paystub) in order to get better terms. Vehicle was coming from the other location and to call her when it got to Hornell and at the same time bring back proof of income. Two days later we receive paystubs and get the better terms that she deserved. As to her Focus we are willing to give her $500 for her car as what Kelley Blue Book states is the average9(attached). I was told by Mike C[redacted] that Brian L[redacted] would call me, I've been waiting since last Thursday, October 29, 2015 for that phone call. I do not know how closely the folks from the Better Business Bereau read the letter written by Brian L[redacted]. I personally feel the letter was just thrown together as way of resolving their end of the disrespect I encountered. The letter was very poorly written, the grammar was horrible and for a person to be in the supposed position Mr. L[redacted] is in and not be able to properly spell reprimand is awful. If Lenny R[redacted] has been reprimanded I would like to know what the reprimand is. THank you very much. [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However I do wanna go on record stating the Brian L[redacted] does not know what was told to me for 1. And for 2 its aweful funny ive sent other people to Simmons and Rockwell and they feel like they got screwed over. Im not the only one that feels like they are crooks. So I'm done with this company. And I will get the word out there not to go any of the Simmons Rockwell Group Dealerships. I don't like it when I sent people there then I hear them feel like they got screwed over. It is what It is.
