I used their online aptitude test. They charged my credit card and did not deliver any report. Essentially this is theft.I paid for my daughter to do an online career aptitude test. This organisation has charged my credit card, but has not delivered any report (I'm still waiting a week later when the report is promised in 7 minutes!!) However the charge from my credit card was done in less than 1 minute. We completed the test at 8.30pm (Sydney, Australia) on June 1. I have sent 4 emails and have had no response from this organisation. Basically they are a complete con. I have reported them to our Australian Authorities and I intend to contact your Governor's office. I either want a refund or a report. Desired SettlementI want the report that I paid for delivered as promised.
