Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The agreement was to build and install the custom built cabinets per our specification which has not been done I don't need to argue who was at fault Mr [redacted] could have advised us of the situation but he simply disappeared and didn't maintain any contact with usMr [redacted] contacted me on April 27, (after receiving the Revdex.com complaint) and indicated that he will calculate his cost and propose a partial refund I advised that a resonable affer would be acceptable to me He indicated that he would make some calculations and provide me with the amount he was willing to refundThe was the last I have heard from him I consider the case still open and unresolved since we have not reached an agreement on a refund Mr [redacted] needs to provided an agreeable offer and a certified check before the issue can be resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to [redacted] complaint about me building and completing the custom bookcase & entertainment center. On 12-30-2014 we agreed on me to do the work. It was two weeks later the cabinets was built. His wife came by my shop to see the completed cabinets, after she looked over the...

cabinets she decided that she wanted me to build them another way. So with no extra charge, I took the cabinets apart and rebuilt them again. The problem with this job has always been with his wife deciding what she wanted. Me and my partner had to wait for days on Ms [redacted] to come back to the shop just to decide on the stain color. It was a month before I heard any word from them. Then one day he called and said they were ready for the cabinets. I told him that I was working in Florida on another job and it would be about two weeks. But now I understand this situation with them, they are selling their home and don't need the cabinets anymore. I will add up the cost for materials and the time it took my partner and me to build it and subtract it was the price of the job. And I will try to sell the custom built cabinets and give them the refund of whatever I can get for them.
