me.  I would like to add how disappointed we are regarding the methods it took for this company to respond to our request.The owner is a very rude man and made it clear he didn't like our complaint on his company.If only they could strive to live up to their promise and work a little harder on customer satisfaction it would save them having to correct their mistakes in this manner.I can not, in good faith,  refer them as a reputable company for these reasons and hope this complaint stays visible for anyone looking to use their service.
