>*** *** brought his Dodge Pickup to us for repair to the rear differential of his truckHis differential was not repairable so it was replaced with a used differentialAs he stated in his letter there was a problem with the first used differentialAs it was taking some time to locate a second differential, I suggested he drive his truck until another differential could be foundAt no time did I refuse to correct the problemIn fact at this time a second differential has been installed in his truck at no additional labor charge to Mr***When installing used parts there is always the possibility they may have problems
I feel we have had a misunderstanding with Mr*** and possibly poor communicationI feel this issue has been resolved at this time
