. I left my car for service on a Saturday (8-18-2018) and never received a phone call or text. Toyota called a completely wrong number. A different person. At around 6pm I drive to the dealer to check on my vehicle. And the service department was closed. Now I have to wait until Monday (8/20) to get my vehicle. This will cost me hundreds of dollars due to the inability to use my vehicle for two days. All because Toyota negligently called and texted a wrong person.
We have tried several times to contact the customer to resolve the complaint. He hasn't returned my phone call. We have several emails back and forth from my Customer Relation's Manager to Oz. He states we called and text someone other than himself. We have three vehicles on file with his name and address on them. All three file's him the same phone number that we called and text. The email he sent has a different number than the number in the system. We close at 6:00pm on Saturday's. We feel bad that we weren't able to make contact with our customer and that his vehicle had to be left here over the weekend. When he came in Monday morning to pick it up, he was very pleasant and didn't say anything about being upset at all. We are shocked as to the content of his email and he wanting $1000.00 for his inconvenience, loss of work, and mental stress. We contacted the number we have on file. we are sincerely sorry about the issue and are willing to give him a free service, car wash, etc. We don't feel that $1000.00 plus a free service is reasonable. If he needed a vehicle over the weekend, and had rented one to use until he was able to pick up his vehicle, we would have been happy to reimburse him for the rental charge. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to resolve this matter.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:Toyota is lieying. I called them and they never pick. The manager is never available. They refuse to communicate via email. I told them that we can resolve this amicably or in small claims. I only lease one car from them, my 2016 Camry. Its my first new car. I have no idea who owns the other three vehicles “under my name”. This is probably another lie. Toyota is the worst dealership in America. I need $1,000.00 for the loss of use of my vehicle and emotional distress.

We have tried to contact the customer several times by phone. left messages and have never had a return call. We are always willing to do whatever we can to help one of our customers. We are truly sorry the customer arrived to late to pick up their vehicle , however it happens several times a week and we have never had any other customer ask us for money. We called the number on file. The three vehicles in our data base all have the same number. The customers father has the same name. One is SR. The father owns the other two vehicles and is a co-signer on the vehicle in question. That is way we have a different phone number because it is the fathers number due to the fact he is in our system as the owner. Hope this helps the customer understand that his father's number id the only contact number we have for all three vehicles.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
It is sad to read that Toyota puts other customers through the same tremendously awful experience as mine. It is sad to read that Toyota has failed to remedy those situations and gloats about costing customers money losses without paying them back. I am not everyone else. The Toyota Rep took my personal cellphone number down. The Toyota Rep promised me great service. The Toyota Rep promised me that my car would be ready when he called no matter how late since they were busy. Toyota broke every promise. Toyota lied. Toyota costs me money losses because of these failed promises. Toyota now is attempting to escape liability. Toyota should not be allowed to profit from their lies and broken promises.

When I purchased my van the middle seat headrests where missing. I contacted the dealership, and expressed headrests were missing, and was told by salesman Jacob they have been ordered by, however have not received them yet. I have reached out to them several times for status of the headrests. I have not received any response from salesman J *** or General Manager. I have been waiting for over a month now.
We have made attempts to contact the customer via telephone and email, as provided in the attached document. DCH Toyota of Simi Valley has received the head rest and is awaiting the customers response to retrieve the desired part. In addition, we made an attempt to connect by telephone today and left a voicemail to call to follow up with the necessary part. Please, let us know if there is anything in addition that we can assist with to resolve the issue at hand.
Sincerely,
