Review: We purchased a mattress from Simi Valley Mattress Warehouse and after just 4 years the center of the mattress is caved in. Our thin 120 pound adult daughter sleeps on it. I am not sure how she could have caused damage to it. I went in to speak to them and was told that the mattress was discontinued but I could come in to talk to them. I did and they said I needed to bring it to them and pay 75.00 to have it adjusted by the factory. They also stated they wouldn't replace the cover and we were ok with that part. We brought it in and they said it was soiled but it isn't. It had a dirt spot on it from driving it in the back of the truck. Our daughter is an adult and doesn't soil the bed! The bed was 700.00 and we feel it should have lasted longer than 4 years. We are now stuck with a damaged, unusable bed and feel that we have been robbed by this company. Please helpDesired Settlement: At this point my husband and I have lost too much time from work, etc. we expect this company to replace this damaged mattress and make good on their warranty and good word at the time of the sale. We expect to get what we paid for. We should not be expected to return it to them or to pay them to ship it to a repair place. It is not our fault it was discontinued or didn't last. And the fact that it was discontinued should speak volumes to the fact that it was a bad model in the first place.

I am rejecting this response because: I have the receipt for the mattress and it is 699.99 Or round up to 700.00. I can send a photo of the receipt.My daughter was not sharing her bed with her boyfriend as we do not allow this and would not have said that to them. A clear slam from the business at us. Also, we had to move the bed ourselves and it got "dirt" on it. It was never soiled by urine ect. The man at the company walked to our truck and barely looked at it and said it is soiled. I can happily send a photograph of it to you to prove that this is a lie and that the sales person was rude from the start. He had no intention of helping us. I am at a loss as to how this company stays in business selling a substandard product to the consumer. it is unfortunate that the consumer is not better protected from companies such as this one.

Review: While Simi Valley Mattress Warehouse delivered the mattress they broke the screen door now it doesn't shut. Made 5 phone calls, came in person owner was not present. Salesperson called owner, [redacted] told the sales person thst he will give my phone number to the delivery person. I never heard from anyone.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text
