Simi Test Only Smog Center

Review: went into smog test only to get my car smogged for registration after seeing 15 dollar off coupon online. Talked to S[redacted] on phone.When I arrived at simi smog test only I was not given the 15 dollars off and was told that there was also a labor fee and dmv filing fee.I paid after waiting for 35minutes,the whole time samir insisted that I leave car running.After I paid the money he started to tell me that I had modified air intake when I told him that I didn't and it was factory Bullitt intake he started arguing with me and 2minutes later his friend showed up,as soon as this happened he said that I could not pass.I asked for a refund because he didn't even start the test yet.He yelled at me and refused and told me to get out before he called the police and then told me he was going to make sure that I could never drive my car again and he was going to lie about my car to dmv so that it would never pass no matter where I went.I called the police but he took off with his friend before they showed up.Desired Settlement: I paid for a smog test.I didn't get one,all I got were threats and my money stolen.
