Review: My employer ([redacted] at [redacted] Condominium) entered into a contract with SIMESI LLC in September 2013 to add two [redacted] cameras and make necessary upgrades as SIMESI's representative, William J[redacted], 3rd, recommended for our surveillance system. A year later, the camera installation has not been completed to our satisfaction and has daily outages and random issues. We've hired another company to troublehoot and have shared their reports with SIMESI via Donnell J[redacted] and still the required repairs have not been made. SIMESI's owner Donnell J[redacted] has only replied sporadically to emails and calls with regards to these issues and when reached, will provide excuses instead of sending a trained professional to troubleshoot. This matter has become extremely frustrating and a request for a meeting has proven impossible since all parties involved cannot be made available. SIMESI has refused my employer's demand that all principle owners of SIMESI be present for a "resolution meeting". Also, we were sold a server which was said to have been new but upon calling ** for assistance with troubleshooting an issue with the service, we found out that it was no longer within the warranty period and several years old. Basically, they sold us used merchandise, passing it off as new.Desired Settlement: A refund of all deposits and fees paid for labor and parts with the exception of the cameras. Those thus far, have not been proven to be used.
