I moved into an apartment rented through Silverthorne Properties and have put in several repair request since March up to present day and no one has attempted to come and do any of the work also the owner of the property not Silverthorne sends out a worker to do the repairs Although I have seen work being done on several unoccupied apartments my work order has been neglected for several months I have requested to be released from my lease and to receive my deposit back to find a more appropriate place but Im told they can not help me with that and I will have to stay though my lease agreement even though my work orders are no being filledDesired SettlementI just would like to be released from my lease to find another apartmentBusiness Response We spoke with Ms.[redacted] regarding her repairs on several occasions and informed her each time that Silverthorne Properties is not authorized to handle any repairs to the property. The property owner is responsible for repairs and we notified him each time we received a request from Ms.[redacted]. We informed the tenant of her rights according to her signed lease agreement.
