Below are the major issues I encountered: (There were many more)

• Issue #1 - ROOF LEAK – Warranty Group
o I found leaking inside my house and garage on December 6, 2019.
o I called my insurance company thinking I had wind damage over Thanksgiving snow, wind and rainstorm. Insurance company provided pictures and explained the roofing was installed incorrectly.
? Brought this to Warranty team’s attention, on December 19, 2019 and the blame game started, Silverthorne stated it was installed correctly, but never came to the house to inspect.
• I realize this is after the warranty period, but if the roof was installed improperly causing the leak, I would think the Builder would want to fix the issue.
? On January 24, 2020 received voice mail update from Warranty Group stating Roofing company would be out on Monday, January 27, 2020 to measure. Also stating I as the homeowner would not need to be present. Monday the 27th passed, I sent email to Warranty Group, asking what the Roofing company was measuring. I also informed Warranty group I had snow in the Attic. Requested what was next steps and requested a visual inspection by Silverthorne
• Warranty Group went silent, no response
Found out Silverthorne installed UNFILTER Ridge Vents versus FILTERED Ridge Vents. If the FILTERED Ridge Vents would have been installed I would not have the leaks in my house caused by snow in the Attic
