This comppany required me to disclose my social security number to them to purchase thier service without notifying me og the Hard Pull it would leave on my credit score/reportI have contacted the company regarding the matter and filed a dispute with the credit bureauFailure for them to remove this unauthorized transaction and correspond to this matter is a violation of my rights via the Fair Consumer Act
I contacted an individual to install an alarm system and a security system at my home in April of 2016,after which I signed a contract with Integ that was paid in fullMonitoring was to be paid monthly but equipment and installation was warranties and paidIn December, 2016, two of my cameras out of were not workingAfter calling numerous times, I was told the original individual no longer worked for the companyAt this time, I also had a low battery problem with my alarm systemAfter over a month, Integ sent another subcontractor who knew nothing about my camera problem, brought out the wrong battery And tried to change my alarm systemI, once again called Integ's manager, ***, who told me that they would not be responsible for the camera system because the original subcontractor wrote up a "dummy" contract as a receipt for the alarm system onlyThe camera & surveillance system was installed as a "side job"I asked them if they could come out as a service call, w
