The response sent by [redacted] quoting our responses only substantiates what we have been saying all along that at no given point [redacted] was willing to acknowledge or accept that their claim was incorrect in spite of sharing facts but kept pushing it back claiming the list was badFurther to our response quoted by [redacted] it also substantiates that at no given point we have refused not to rework the list or replace the bad contacts but only raised flags why their claims was incorrect not as per our agreed contract [redacted] can still reach out us to resolve this issue and we are more than happy to work with them to put a rest to this issue, our previous attempts to proactively reach out to them and as substantiated in the quaoted response shared by [redacted] only substantiates we never backed outHopefully , [redacted] will gives us an opportunity to talk and resolve this issue in the best interest of both partiesTell us why here
They had provided me a list that was really helpful to roll out the campaign for my conference.
Review: Silver Sky Soft Services, Inc. Sold us a list of leads (3,915 contacts E-mail address) that could not be used as they were considered SPAM by our e-mail blast tool. We were to use it for a trade show, we reached out to them multiple times, copied them on the screen shots that we received from mailchimp, (our email tool) and they refused to return our money.Desired Settlement: Refund money for the service not provided.

Response:
[redacted] - Thank You for sharing the complaint with us. Yes,we acknowledge having worked with the customer [redacted] who bought the list from us. They came back to us after a couple of months claiming the emails we sold them bounced back after they ran a campaign using it. Since we follow a stringent validating process of every email that is being sold , we asked them to provide us with the bounce report of the emails they claimed bounced back for us to validate and provide resolution as per our signed contract however they were not able to provide us with the proof for the bounces they claimed but only insisted for a refund which was not as per our agreed terms. Please let me know if you need factual details of our communications with respect to this complaint and we are happy to still resolve this if the complainant can still provide us with the bounce report. Regards [redacted]

Response:
I am rejecting this response because:We provided the information requested by Silver Sky Soft Services, lnc. The information we provided was appropriate, comprehensive, and fully disclosed. The answer we provided contained the printouts from the reputable system we use to email blast tradeshow information to contacts - "Mail Chimp". Mail Chimp stated that the email list provided by Silver Sky Soft was a SPAM list ,therefore we couldn't upload such to our system as it was against regulations. Attached is an excerpt of the extensive and suitable data provided by our company. We paid for a list of email addresses free of SPAM, or malware, but received a list of SPAM/unusable email addresses.

Response:
We received a Purchase Order from [redacted] for the stated data. As per the PO & the Invoice terms (see attached PDFs) we have agreed to an accuracy guarantee and we have a replacement policy. Nowhere in our agreement we have agreed that data will satisfy a third party organization or tool (MailChimp in this case). We have no agreement implied or otherwise with any third party in this context. Customer has paid this third party to conduct an email blast. However, by the customer's own screen shots provided on June 24th 2016, the third party refuses to provide the service of sending email. Silver Sky Soft has fulfilled its obligation of providing the requested data.
