Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm sure the response to my complaint was to abide by the Revdex.com guidelines, but they still have not done anything they said they wouldThey asked me to get bids on the pool cover and pavers so they could reimburse me, and when I provided the bids to them they applied the pool cover reimbursement as a credit to my account because I have not paid them for the job they didThis would be fine if they actually finished the job, but I cant get them to come out and do thatSo, in their minds they have reimbursed me for the pool cover, but they shouldn't have been paid for an incomplete jobIf the job was complete, I would have walked a check into them a long time agoWhen they saw the bid for the pavers, they asked if they could shop around and try to find less expensive ones, I stated they should have done this in the first placeThey say they are willing to have "their guy" replace only the damaged pavers, but the two landscape companies that provided bids to me state that it is impossible to only place the damaged ones because they interlockI am sure this is just another ploy for them to get out of paying for any damage In the meantime, no one has been out to fix the pool coping or patio, and I am very confident that they are doing work for other peopleWe started this process in March and it is now AugustAll they can provide is lip service, and no one has ever contacted me without me contacting them firstThe only way I can see to resolve this is them reimburse me $9,for the paver damage, $2,for the pool cover, and $3,for someone to fix the coping and patioAgain, I don't currently owe them anything because the job they were paid to do is sub-par and incomplete Sincerely, [redacted] ***
