This customer has been ejected from my restaurant numerous times in the past for rude behavior towards my customers and staffThis generally results from us refusing to serve him alcohol after he has become drunk and disorderlyThe police department has been called to correct the problem on occasionsHe not has also caused such problems that the Hotel(of which we are not part of) has a restraining order against himHe is correct on certain credit cards where to guest does not include a tip, the processing company adds a tip but only processes the exact amount of the charge authorizedI spent an hour and half with this person showing him all my reports and deposit to prove we received only what was due to usThis processing procedure has caused problems with other customers but once it is explained the issue is resolvedHowever, as I do not wish to have unhappy customers our company has invested in a new system and new processing company to avoid this issue in the futureYou must also understand we have the right to refuse service to anyone, and his continued misbehavior in our restaurant is the reason he will remained bannedPeter C***, General Manager
