Failure of apartment to provide safe and healthy living conditions My frustration arises from the lack of concern, and action from Silvercreek Apts (Knightvest Management) Over a span of months, I have reported to them, and our security officer countless times (apprxtimes) that the tenant below our apartment smokes pot and we can smell it in our apartmentWe learned that my wife is allergic to it, due to the fact every time we smell it in our apartment her chest gets tight and it becomes hard for her to breatheWe also have small children, and fear for their health as wellWe have informed our apartment of this numerous times, with NO SOLUTIONAfter months of reporting this, it was not till a few weeks ago that they put a notice on the doors of our apt building regarding unlawful activityWe informed them that it was still occuring, and still nothing has happenedNO SOLUTION!
