[A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's response Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: The business's statement for that I want to free of charge for the second day service is not true I want the charge consistent with the estimation, I am willing to paid the maximum amount of the estimate plus 25% over run or so But nearly 100% over estimated maximum amount is not the professional business's behaviorConsumer get estimation for planning and budgeting and to know the worst case This also indicates the business crew can not run efficiently The same amount or even more furniture's had been moved before from this house and it was one day job The estimation was about right and same with other company's If business is not able to delivery, it needs to correct the error Consumer should not responsible for the mistake business made Regards, [redacted] **

To whom it may concern - Mr [redacted] scheduled our service agreeing to an hourly rate and a service fee per truck usedIt was described in detail prior to Mr [redacted] scheduling service that our firm bills hourly for labor services renderedPrior to service commencing, Mr [redacted] agreed with several signatures that the he understood the moving of his home was being billed for hourly by our firmHe also agreed with two signatures that his service was transpiring under a non-binding estimateOn the second day of service, Mr [redacted] expressed he would no longer be paying for service and wanted our firm to finish the moving of his furniture free of chargeIt is extremely expensive for our firm to operate, so this unreasonable demand was not practicalMichigan law permits moving services to operate COD, or cash on deliveryThat means if client does not choose to pay for the labor extensive service rendered, our firm has a lien on the furniture we are handlingWe have operated within the law and within our contract with clientAlthough the law and our contract permits us to hold Mr**'s pieces until he pays for every hour of labor we have rendered, we are willing to make concessions with discounts so that we are able to resolve this matterMr [redacted] must pay for services rendered on 7/and a predetermined flat rate of four hours for deliveryWe will not bill for additional trucking fees although it costs our frim upwards of $to provide these servicesMr [redacted] is welcome to phone me directly at [redacted] to arrange delivery or pickup Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: This is a lie, the cost per man was never discussedI was told $per hr....nothing was ever said about the cost per manSecond they called the day before and said they may be 1-hours late from the 2-windowThey should up and 11pmover hrs late from the window I was toldI have made several attempts to call them and each time I was told treated awful and told they would do nothing to fix itWhen I told them I was going to report this to the Revdex.com, they said go ahead and the only people that report complaints are poor people or losersI have just never ever been treated as poorly as I was by them and do not want others to experience the same thing

When phoning Mr*** on the move date, it was explained that we would not be able to arrive until the later part of the windowIt was also discussed that we advise three men for his service as it will be done in a more timely mannerHe agreed to be served by three men instead of the original
scheduled two menFor two men we bill $per hourFor three men we bill $an hourHe understood and agreed to the difference in charges priorWhen I first spoke to Mr***, he said his concern was that we had arrived later in the dayMr*** is welcome to phone me directly at *** to discuss his concern.
