I did not have a very positive experience with Silverado RealtyThe Agent I dealt with was named [redacted] He failed to keep me informed of the changes to the owner's requirements during a real estate transactionI was currently deployed overseas, and he hadn't heard from me in hoursHis exact words were that he made an assumption that I couldn't get financing, and failed to inform me of the deadline that an offer had to be made that dayThere were other offers so had I not made contact with him asking him the status, I don't believe I would have ever heard back from MrKelsoHis assumptions were unprofessional, and he failed to keep all interested parties informed of the situationIt seems as though his agenda is to only close sales, and not provide a good customer experience

The Agent I dealt with was named [redacted] He failed to keep me informed of the changes to the owner's requirements during a real estate transaction. I was currently deployed overseas, and he hadn't heard from me in 24 hours. His exact words were that he made an assumption that I couldn't get financing, and failed to inform me of the deadline that an offer had to be made that day. There were 7 other offers so had I not made contact with him asking him the status, I don't believe I would have ever heard back from Mr. Kelso. His assumptions were unprofessional, and he failed to keep all interested parties informed of the situation. It seems as though his agenda is to only close sales, and not provide a good customer experience.
