Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/06/01) */ Associated Property Management LLC, serves as the Association's property manager pursuant to a property management agreementAPM is not the entity that is making final decisions on work to be performed or the timing of said workThe Silver Valley Condominium Board of Directors is well aware of the owners concernsAPM is not the proper subject of the Complaint Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/06/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I disagree that APM is not the proper subject of the complaintWe, as condo owners, have to do everything through this companyAll correspondence, complaints and violations have to come through this Property Management companyWe cannot contact the Board directlyMore importantly, if I follow the rules and send my concerns through this company (Renee) and never receive any follow up response after multiple phone calls and e-mails, then Associated Property Management is not doing the job that we pay them forThis has happened numerous times just with my unit, so it is not an isolated incidentI have absolutely no idea if the Board was contacted about my concerns (that I submitted a MONTH ago) as I have heard nothing from them........so am I just supposed to assume that this company has contacted anyone at all? Renee should follow up with either the Board or the condo owner at the very least to make sure issues are being addressedThis is not an acceptable way to run a business Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2016/06/06) */ As I stated earlier APM is not the proper subject of the complaintAttached please find a response from the correct corporation which makes the decisions for the propertyA copy of the attached has been sent via US postal service to the owner
