10/19/13 - In person at the branch on North Durango I requested information regarding a fee added on my checking account, a employee directed me to go online for more information. On 10/19/13, 10/25/13 and 10/30/13 I informed the company through emails that I had noticed a "checking fee" of $5.00 (with no explanation) on 3 occasions and wanted to know why? Other questions included - Has this occurred in the past, is this a new fee, what does the fee cover, and was I notified of such a fee? An immediate response was requested. I even called 10/25/13 and got an automated phone system, which was unsatisfactory since I wanted a human response. Physical proof of this checking fee notice was requested, still nothing till this day. Also, I requested that my concerns be directed to the grievance department (still nothing done regarding this).
