I manage a business in Las Vegas and called them to repair a heater problemwas told its was a bad thermostat, I told them it was just replacedthey replaced with a lessor "non Programmable" and charged me twice the amount I could have bought myself at *** charged me for more time off site than onsaid he had to go to his parts warehouse across town and charged me by the hr to go complained to Owner Rep who was supposed to call me back and never didBad, Bad, serviceOh, and my heater is broke doing the same thing it was before I called them, Its broken

This company installed $11,000 worth of units 4 years ago and we have had 4 different events that cause units to fail. Two events involved cooling coils that need to be repaired and replaced. The last estimate was for $950. It would be different if it was something that has not occurred with these units before. The techs say that these units are no longer sold the office says they are sold under a different name. Their mission statement claims they want to build a long lasting relationship with customers which I thought we had but now I no longer trust them.
