This order shipped with delivery tracking and confirmation on 112015, which was 2+ years after the order was placed, shipped and delivered The customer service team takes reports of a missing parcel seriously and we are happy to offer as much assistance as possible to correct a situation Unfortunately, notification would need to be received within a reasonable time period advising of a problem with a missing parcelAt this point no tracking information is available from the [redacted] due to the historical dateThe carrier does not offer support, investigation or reimbursement for shipments of this age As previously offered, we are happy to investigate any verifiable proof the order was not deliveredFurther we are happy to investigate any verifiable proof that we were contacted within a reasonable time frame following the ship date of the order As previously stated in the statement, the offer to submit proof will remain open for days of the statement dateAfter this time we will consider the customer to have declined our request for verifiable information and will close the investigation process

I refused the unopened order and sent it back on 12/**/and was finally told on 1/**/that the diamond pendant necklace was received and that the necklace would be refundedI called on 12/**/to ask for advisement on how to proceed and was told that all I had to do was send it back.The only tracking number that was used was the tracking number provided by Superjeweler when the product was sent to me

Thanks for your reply tp my complaint.The bracelet is not fit for purposeSIMPLE AS THAT.Clasp far too small for the average person to use, let alone a year old wpman.It is that small I first thought it didn't have a clasp at all. A magifying glass would be needed to manipulate the opening and closing mechanism to engage a connection,if thats possible.A prepaid shipping label is the least the seller should provide if they require it to be returned in view of the fault described.This is what reputable sellers such as AMAZON provide to their customers if they have a dissatisfied customer under same circumstances.The general arguementative attitude of this dealer to me the customer is not the way a customer should be treated.There statement that that there first priority is the satisfaction of their customers is a load of rubbish,that is the least of their concernsas demonstrated by their intransigent unsypathitic attitude to my complaint. Any reputable dealer that sells valuable jewellery would offer a certificate of validity as standardWhy are they making an issue about that as well?The general policy of this dealer towards its customers appears to be way out of order and I think justifies further investigation.thank you for listening to my complaintIn future I will only purchase from a US company such as Signet who also have shops here in the UKsuch as Ernest Jones.*** ***

I have spoke with the CEO of SuperJeweler (Andrew F**) in which he has refunded me a partial credit due to the rude customer service and I have already received that check in which customer service representative and supervisor told me it could not be doneFrom this point forward the matter has been resolved on my endIf I could not get something done on that level of management I escalded the issue to the CEO and MrAndrew F** was very pleasant and a delight to work withHe tackled the issue.
