I have spoken to the customer this past Sunday November 26, and I explained to the customer that his application of our topcoat had issues both times due to it being applied too thick, causing it to form cracks in the coatingThe customer understood this informationI explained to the customer that we want him to be happy with his flooring and are FedEx shipping him an estimated $ in EpoxyMaster products at ZERO COST to completely re-coat his sq ft bathroom floorWe are also offering the customer our contractor discount on any future orders that he may placeThe customer was happy with our offer and agreed to retract and not file any negative feedback about our company at this time nor in the futureWe have made his new fresh product and await confirmation to this agreement so we can immediately ship the new productsThank you *** at Team EpoxyMaster

We are also offering the customer our contractor discount on any future orders that he may place.
