Review: I had my home re-roofed by Silver Star Roofing. Since that time we have been having leaks around my chimney. I contacted [redacted] and he would tell me that he will be by to take care of it. Well that has not happened. I most recently spoke with him two weeks ago as now I have some significant damage as a result of the leak. [redacted] told me he will get some shingles and redo the area. I again have not seen him. I am very frustrated at the lack of customer service and that his companies work is still under warranty. As of today I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and they have now opened a claim to get to the bottom of this. All I wanted was the area fixed and the damaged area replaced but Silver Star Construction has not made a attempt to do so.Desired Settlement: I want all the area that is leaking replaced and damages fixed. Also have areas around the trim that were never replaced in the right place. Want all work done at no cost to me. This should have been done when I had them re-roof my entire home.
