Silver Spring's 24/7 Locksmith

Review: The company quoted me $39.95 per lock (for six locks - three handle locks & three deadbolts) over the phone and one-hour service on June 4th, 2014. The locksmith, Daniel ###-###-####, arrived two hours later, and after installing the locks demanded $1,100. In cash. It was after 8pm by that point and not possible. My husband talked him down to $700 by check and he said to make it out to cash. I questioned the price again, but he wouldn't budge and said he could take the locks off and leave, so we paid him.Two days later Daniel called me asking for $200 more. I called the original number and Curtis indicated that the price was in fact too high, the locksmith should have taken my credit card, and he'd check with his boss about giving me some of the money back. After about twenty calls attempting to resolve this issue, they had the locksmith call me supposedly to apologize, and when I called him back he asked what my problem was and refused to give me a refund. I then called the main line back and told Curtis what happened. He refused to give me their Commercial License # or the owner's information beyond saying his name is Yanid A[redacted] (he spelled it out for me but I think it's a bogus name.) I asked during several different phone calls. The business address on their website does not exist.I told him that if they didn't respond to my repeated requests that I would contact the Revdex.com. I have not heard from them in five days.Desired Settlement: I would like $300 back, leaving them a $160 profit above the quoted price. The price quoted was $240 not $700.I have reached them on two phone numbers:###-###-#### & ###-###-####I have only spoken to Curtis on these numbers.
