and Misleading Sales Information On 10/31/I attempted to watch Boo at the movies but it was not appropriate and unsafeI requested a refund or to go in a different movie and the manager said he would provide movie passes for another movieOn 12/I attempted to use the movie passes that were set to expire on 12/30/and was told I could not use the movie pass on a new movieThis information was not provided to me on 10/31/and I traveled miles to attend the movieThis entity has provided and misleading information and taken my money without rendering a serviceThe total purchase was movie tickets
Saturday, 9/30/ my year old granddaughter and I go to the Silver Screen in Cabot to watch The Secret Life of PetsI purchased two tickets & went to the person taking ticketsShe tears the tickets in half & gives me back half then puts other half in what looked like a trash stand We go to pass by her and she says "Do you mind if I look in your purse?" I say actually do mind to which she replies "You can't see the movie unless I check your purse." I seek the manager to ask for a refund only to be told if I look at the ticket I would see "no refunds"I guess that was on the part of the ticket the girl put in the trash standI ask the manager to show me where it was posted purse checks are requiredHe tells me it's "policy" but was not posted anywhere in the theaterHe said it was posted on Friday but was not posted SaturdayI asked the manager for a copy of the "policy"So, he leaves to get me a copyAfter ten minutes he returns and hands me a copy that was still warm from a copy machineNeedless to say we left and will never go back to the Silver Screen in Cabot againI always support local businesses but will never support this business again

I was told I would be sent refund tickets almost months ago and still haven't gotten them or a response to my several inquiries
On 2/11/at 2:pm, I purchased (3) tickets to see Black Panther on 2/17/at 4:pmImmediately after I ordered the tickets, I realized it wasn't for reserved seating, which we needed because of my daughter's injuryI contacted the theater by Facebook and email (the only phone # is a recording of the movie info) and *** assured me he would mail refund ticketsHe texted me and asked for my address, which I sent, on 2/17/saying he'd let me know when they were mailed He texted me again on 2/27/stating his phone was stolen and needed my address again, which I sentI never got the ticketsI have been trying to get in contact with someone sinceI have texted both numbers of ***'s and emailed periodically to no avail
