We provide sheds to all Permitting Jurisdictions, in the State of Arizona, and they all have different requirements, and that is why our contract states customers need to Contact their Local Codes Office to verify requirements. And "Graceland and its agents are not responsible for permits" The customer obtained their own permit through the Town of Payson, and if the Town of Payson requires the home to be on concrete blocks, it is stated in the contract that thecustomer is responsible for this. And, if the Town of Payson required this, they would have provided the requirements to the customer There was no cost included for concrete pads, in the contract (attached)Please advise if there are any additional questions, and it has been a pleasure working with you
