Silver Queen Inn

Management was treating bed bugs in multiple rooms. When I was bitten and found a bed bug in my room, I went directly to management to report the problem. They kicked us out of the motel and refused to refund my money due to "room damages" and carpet cleaning. We were fine with leaving the motel, as we did not desire to reside in such a rundown, disgusting business any longer. When we were told to leave Management told us that it was our fault the bed bugs were in the motel even though they had been treating them in other rooms the entire time we were there. They had multiple bed bug infested mattresses next to the dumpster for a weeks. the manager absolutely refused to refund us our money for the rest of the week. we paid a full week at a time and had only stayed one day at the time of this incident. Management has been seen smoking marijuana on the property and encouraging other guests to do it as well. Any guest who reports to [redacted] (managemnet) with a complaint is deliberately forced off the premesis with no refund of their money. She refuses to provide information to contact the business owner in regurds to how she operates the hotel. We visited another motel run by the same owners for the business information and they informed us that Yvonne deliberately took the information so that no one could contact the owner of the motels.Product_Or_Service: weekly room for 1 1/2 monthsDesired SettlementManagement at this hotel refuses to comply with the requests of customers and forces them off the property if she is approached with any complaint. She yells at paying customers who calmly try to resolve what matters they approach her with. I request that for the sake of other customers, the owner handle this matter with the employee as none of us can contact him to diffuse any problem with her or any other se4rvices the hotel offers.
