I'm complaining about order #XXXXX that I placed with Sunnhy Beach Jewelers on 2/27/2013.I made an order for a Surfer Hemp Suede String Multicolored Bracelet for $9.99 however, I recieved a Surfer Hemp String Bracelet Or Anklet for $7.99. I have attempted to contact them multiple times over the last month concerning this issue but I haven't recieved any reply back. I haven't been able to call them directly and address my situation because they only give you the option of contacting them through e-mail. I would just like for a rep. from the Revdex.com to look into it. All they have to do is get in contact with me and send me the correct product that I paid for. I'm not trying to get them shutdown, I would just like the product that I paid for but did not recieve. I look forward to hearing from someone concerning this topic. Thanks, [redacted] L. [redacted]
