customers at our business We have a lots of repeat customers and that is why we been in that location for years We are known for our best customer service in that Mall.There is no place for people like Mr*** at *** Outlet He was very disrespect towered the female employee at *** OutletHis exact words were "do you know this is America"Do you understand English""I can't believe you are working here with this accent"" go back to your *** country, cause I can't understand you".After these racism remarks, the employee called the mall Scurity to talk to him and to be escorted from them mall.He had no idea that the employee was me ***, manager, and yes I do speak with an accent, which I m very proud of I m known for my good personality and good attitude in that mall.And as far as his $10.91he said he spend at *** OutletI would like him to provide us with the copy of his original receipt that what exactly he was charged for.And for Revdex.com, if you want more detailed info about this incident from me or the mall Security, please let me know so I can do so.Thank you very much!***Manager
