Silver Lining Transport

My son has missed 3 appointments due to ride failure: no call no show-he sat waiting for an hour. When we called Silver Lining to check if they were just running late, they had voice messaging on. We left 2 messages asking if they were running late. They never called back, they did not show up. [redacted] I is learning to walk again after a spinal cord injury, and every weekly appointment with his doctors and rehab team is critical to his progress. Thanks to the unreliability of this shabbily run transport company, he has completely missed his last 4 appointments, because silver Lining was too late- did not show up or call- showed up with a supposedly broken van door, or did not show up because "new girl wrote down wrong appt. date." What is really happening ? They get a cash paying customer and drop Medi-Cal folks flat...DESCRIMINATORY services!
