I purchased a premium membership using PayPal as the form of paymentI was billed immediately but did not have access to the premium features (for several days)I contacted e-chords and was told there could be a delay with the payment showing "pending." I told the agent to cancel my membership, I needed access to the features that dayThey told me the recurring billing/membership had been cancelledI was still billed the $I again contacted them requesting a refund and was again told my recurring billing had been cancelledI do not want the membership, it has not been used and have again requested a refund of my purchaseI'm currently waiting for response on my most recent and third request (3/1/17) fur a refund
