Purchased a custom home by SilverLeaf closed September 2018. Can not get Silver Leaf to repair warranty issues. States everything we need repaired is not covered under warranty. We are still within our one year. I have addressed issues but at my wits end now. Our fence is falling down that was installed by builder. Part of the fence is falling down as a result of tractorwork the homeowners performed in their back yard. Even though they caused the fence to wash away, we still had our fence contractor do the repair at no cost to the home owner. The home owner worked with our fence contractor and we were not involved in the scheduling. Due to rain and the home owners being unavailable, it took some time. The repairs have been completed. FYI- FENCES ARE NOT COVERED INCLUDED IN ANY HOME BUILDERS WARRANTY. The fence per HOA has to be stained by the builder the initial time when fence is put in. Our fence still has not been stained after 8 months. We never agreed to stain their fence. The owners barely return emails or phone calls. I am not aware of *** trying to contact us in the last month. It takes several months to get a response. Once I do get a response they tell me it’s not covered by warranty. We just want our warranty work done. Please confirm at your earliest convenience that you have received this response and this matter is closed. We value our reputation and strongly disagree with this complaint.
