Silver Jack Inn & LectroLux Cafe

Extremely unprofessional behavior by [redacted], owner of the Silver Jack Inn and Lectrolux Cafe, 10 Main Street, Baker, Nevada, related to a stay at this Inn. I stayed at the Silver Jack Inn on July 7 and 8, 2015 with my family. Our room (Efficiency 1) was dirty, had thorny bushes right at the entrance with stickers dragged into the room, and the cot provided had broken springs. There was supposed to be an internet service (Silverjack_Ext) but the staff could not provide the password. Despite all this we were determined to enjoy our visit to the [redacted] Park, and we did. The last straw came, when the owner [redacted] refused to provide an itemized receipt for a charge of $188.70. I made repeated requests for such a receipt in person and over the phone, explaining that I needed to submit it to my employer. Finally I sent an email to [redacted] requesting a receipt. He replied back on July 21. Stated verbatim, his entire email is: "(my first name) stayed at the Silver Jack July 7 and 8, 2015, at the Silver Jack with a payment of $188 for 2 nights and meals." There is no attached receipt, nor any breakdown of charges into costs, taxes, etc. I cannot tell whether this is [redacted]'s sense of humor or his lack of understanding. In any case, no meals were provided nor requested, and if the charge does indeed include meals, then the meal cost should be refunded.Product_Or_Service: Motel stayDesired Settlement(1) An itemized receipt for the charge of $188.70 detailing the cost of the room for each night, taxes, and any other fees charged,(2) Refund of costs for the meals that [redacted] mentions in his email.
