office recently transitioned to a new electronic medical record system. We discovered that not every configuration matched with the old electronic medical record system. We have corrected this configuration issue and have audited all accounts that my have been affected.  Silver Health CARE is committed to providing affordable care to our patients. We are always willing to work with out patients to set up payment arrangements when necessary.
