I was charged $86.90 for this weight loss product. It was advertised as free, just pay shipping of $8 or so. There was no mention that after 14 days your credit card would be charged $86.90 if you did not cancel within 14 days. When I called to see about a refund the first CUSTOMER service rep hung up on me after I asked to speak to a manager. The second CUSTOMER service rep I talked to after calling again said all managers are busy just like her and hung up on me. I can't even try to get a refund because they won't talk to me. It does say in the fine print you will be charged if you don't cancel but there was no fine print when I ordered. I ordered through Facebook. It took me straight to their billing page. It did not show the fine print. I want to send this product back and get a refund.

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on December 25, 2017.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.
They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $86.90 and $84.99 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product."
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to.
If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $86.90 and $84.99 on January 08, 2018.
According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on January 09, 2018 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.
As a courtesy today, we have provided you with a refund on your charge as requested. You have been refunded $86.90 Transaction ID XXXXXXXX and can take 3-5 business days to reflect.
Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.
