We had our windows done by this company and when Tim came to our house all was goodWe were excited to get our year old windows redone and have a new lookTim said that the company need to order the windows to our specific measurements and this would take weeksIn week we had to call to see when the company was coming outWhen the guys came out we had working on the windows (one in training) we were told that this is a day job (not even close) the guys worked on our house for over a week which effected our work schedule because remember it's only support to take days!!!!! The techs were at our house a couple nights till 2am (not working hours) One week later we finally had the windows in and and now the sealing of the windows should of startedDarrell asked for my spouse to sign this paper work at midnight one night stating that they would be back to seal the windows, (all lies) we haven't seen these people againThe next problem was that we have windows units and Tim said that the window units would fit no problem!!! That is again another lie the window units don't fit, we called Tim and he said he would get us one that fit and again nothingSo now we owe 10,dollars and we had to seal our own windows and buy new a/c unitsI am really unpleased with the work done for the price paid!!! I would of choose a different company if I knew this was gonna happen!!!
The whole process was very friendly and professionalThe job was completed on time and cost exactly what was quotedThe salesman was very informative and spot on with his presentationThe installers were very friendly, answered any questions or concernsT installation was done quickly and a great job was done on the clean upThe windows were more than we expected, look great, and do what they were designed to do
Refusal to respond to a request for repair of counter tops. Purchased product with a lifetime warranty. Countertop is cracking. Attempted contact June 1st, was told they would get back to me on Monday. Multiple calls and text messages sent. I spoke with Darrien on the phone and he stated he would call me back. Tim texted me the same thing, however no one has returned my call and they are not answering my calls or texts.
