Silver Creek Landscaping

Review: Silver Creek Landscaping installed a patio for us last year (5/30/13). We recently discovered that the patio is having some issues, especially around the edges, where the pavers are starting to separate. Silver Creek promotes that they have a warranty on their installation and that their goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We initially tried to contact Silver Creek but could not get hold of anyone and could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. We followed-up several times after that (even via email on 4/18/14) and finally got hold of the owner ([redacted]) via phone on 4/19/14. He promised us that he would come out and take a look on 4/22/14, but he never showed up. We called him again and he changed the date to 4/23/14, but never showed up. We called him again on 4/24/14, this time he said he'd take care of it by the end of the week, but again, he never showed up. We spent over $2,000 last year on the patio, to get a good solid product and here we are, less than a year after the installation, with a patio that's falling apart.Desired Settlement: We would like to request that the patio be repaired, in a timely manner, back to the original state of installation. We would also like additional measures to be put in place to ensure that this problem does not reoccur.
