Revdex.com:
Silver Creek Dentistry did send me two x-rays (which I had paid an additional $for 3d x-rays which they did not send) and they also sent a paper showing what work was needed but only had a total of approximately $13,not showing a detailed charge for each procedure. I would have appreciated a complete package of all of my x-rays and a complete statement including a breakdown of the charges for each procedureThis was truly unprofessional and only to simply try and pacify me
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me

The individual initially sent in registration information on Friday, July 25, 2014. The information was scanned into our system on the following Monday July 28, 2014. Two days later he stopped in without a scheduled...
appointment. We immediately gave him a tour of our office and completed his registration along with medical history and obtained all necessary signatures on file. His first scheduled appointment was set for Friday, August 8, 2014. We did offer to have him come in sooner that same week but he was unavailable. Patient did come in on Friday, August 8, 2014. It was determined at that time that Dr. and assistant needed to evaluate needed treatment and have patient back for a consultation. Dr's assistant was out sick the following Monday and Tuesday, and had a scheduled vacation the following week. Dr and assistant were both off on yesterday, Monday, August 25, 2014. TODAY was the first day that the two of them were able to discuss this patients treatment requirements.
At this point, the patient has been contacted and all dental records have been forwarded to him directly. We have extended a very sincerely apology to this individual. He has accepted our apology and all parties feel that this matter has been resolved. (ng)
