Silver Coast Auto Insurance

I came here to get an SR22 for my car insurance and was told I would be able to get a refund if I did not need it after my DMV hearing. Well it's been over a month and they still have not issued me a full refund. I have called several offices/numbers and they all tell me the same thing: "the manager isn't here right now so he/she will have to call you back". I suggest you never use this company. They are nice and willing to do whatever they need to get you to sign on but if you need to come back for anything they will give you the run around.
