Silver Cleaners

Review: 4 of my shirts have black ink like stains on them. One of the shirts was pointed out by the cleaners and the other three I found on my own when I got home. First I was told they would compensate me with money according to the original price and how old the shirt was. When I called them back on the phone, [redacted] (worker I had been speaking with) said the owner was trying to see if he could remove the stains and to call back next week. I called back and no one was available to speak with me. I asked for owners number and called there. I was told he was not available. I would like to be reimbursed for my four shirts that I can no longer wear to work.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to uphold the original promise to pay me a reasonable price for the shirts (4) they destroyed. They are not even aware of the other three that I noticed when I got home, or maybe they were but didn't mention it.
