I helped Mrs [redacted]r when she purchased the shoe for her daughter , they were on sale for 30% off , and she seemed sure that her daughter would love them .
She came back later for a full refund , as our policy states that we don't do...

refunds , we are willing to credit returns or do exchanges. Our store credits has no expiration date and can be used at any location.
We have our policy written on every receipt printed , and we have a sign that states our policy on the counter beside the computer where every customer stands to pay.
[redacted]. When she was issued a credit and I myself explained to her that the computer add the gst automatically when she uses the store credit next time[redacted]
At our company , we have a policy to follow , I tried to fix this problem , she wouldn't even let me talk[redacted]
So, [redacted] is welcome to use that store credit in any location , anytime she wants , for the full amount she paid at first place.

Hello there I thank you for your attention to my complaint. Just today I received an email from the mall where the store is located stating that they will give me a refund for the store credit and apologize for the inconvenience. I just wanted to give an update that there has been a resolution.
