Silk Tree Warehouse Incorporated

On October 21, 2011 I placed a [redacted] order with The Silk Tress Warehouse for 4 [redacted] ARTIFICIAL OUTDOOR CYPRESS SPIRAL TREE 5' 4" for a total of $514. My [redacted] invoice ID is [redacted] Prior to placing the order, I spoke in dept via phone with [redacted], a Silktree sales representative who informed me that these outdoor artificial plants have a very long life span. Their website also list the plant as follows: "This tree will not fade and is made of a strong, durable, dense, synthetic rubber; that is resistant to sun, water, oils, heat and solvents. Perfect for many years of outdoor use". As of this date(3-23-15), all four plants have faded drastically and a large portion of the limbs have deteriorated to the point of breaking off with winds blowing. I contacted [redacted] via his email address ([redacted])with pictures of the artificial plants condition. His reply to me was the following: "The average life span of the trees is about 4 years from any manufacturer". I then replied back asking why then does the product discription read that the plant will never fade and last for many years. I never received a reply back from Mr. [redacted].
