The company offered a direct replacement for my power adapterThat is what I orderedI have emails that stated that there are different sizes of power plugs for this that was not offered as an option on their websiteThey now know this, they acknowledged this and they sent me the correct partThe issue I have is they shipped me the direct replacement (DIRECT) that was offered on their website and it was wrongNow they are aware of the different plug sizes and they sent me the correct oneAll is good for what I needMy issue is that they mis represented themselves and now complain about paying the return shipping costsAll about integrityI do not accept their responseI ordered what they offered as a direct replacement for my product and they were wrong
