Aztec Solar has not only provided [redacted] a copy of her year [redacted] panel warranty, but different employees have explained the billing several times for several yearsFurthermore, we have given [redacted] several months to pay her outstanding invoice before turning her into collectionsPlease find attached service tickets, outstanding invoices with financing charges as proof as trying to work with our customer***, has even called for service in the past and cancelled the appointment when she was reminded her billingShe has also paid for serice for 7/21/service call as a similar type of repair issue [redacted] has been a customer since and at every call for service has been reminded of the billing if the leak is not in the solar panelOur technicians do not deal with the billing or decisions of the billingThe only time we heard from [redacted] is when we told her she would be turned over to collectionsPlease call me if I can be of further assistance.Kind regards, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

On February 25, as a show of good will, [redacted] , the president of Aztec Solar, wrote off the amount owing of $and removed the account from the collection process before it was processed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as Aztec Solar shows proof of the write off and mails me a statement or letter showing a balance of $on my account

I am rejecting this response because: We were told by their tech, after he accessed the problem, that there was "No charge" for the service call because the repair fell under the warrantyThe tech did the repair and left and then in December I received a letter telling us we owed for this service repairI have never received a bill, invoice, statement, phone call and have never seen a work order from the tech or any paperwork to sign authorizing any charges for this service. They explained to me on the phone that there may a charge if the problem did not fall under the warranty and I understand thatBut it doesn't mean they can bill me months later saying that we owed for the service when the tech told us there would be no charge. If I would have received a bill in September for this service from August I definently would have called Aztec to dispute it then just like I am disputing it nowIn fact every time they have sent a tech out for service the tech has never had me sign authorizing for charges or signed anything for any work doneI have never been handed any paperwork for warranty work either

find attached service tickets, outstanding invoices with financing charges as proof as trying to work with our customer. [redacted], has even called for service in the past and cancelled the appointment when she was reminded her billing. She has also paid for serice for 7/21/14 service call as a similar type of repair issue. [redacted] has been a customer since 2005 and at every call for service has been reminded of the billing if the leak is not in the solar panel. Our technicians do not deal with the billing or decisions of the billing.
